Capital Rights Law Website Terms
Effective October 9, 2026
Acela Legal Partners, PLLC d/b/a Capital Rights Law operates this website. Please review these terms and the Privacy Notice before submitting information or purchasing a service.
1. Website and platform services
These terms govern use of the website and its intake, account, and related technology features. They do not replace a signed engagement agreement with a legal-service provider or a separately accepted professional agreement.
Submitting an inquiry, opening an account, or using a tool does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship, guarantee representation, or extend a filing deadline. Representation, scope, responsible counsel, and legal fees are established in the applicable engagement agreement. Legal services are provided only where the responsible lawyer is authorized to practice.
2. Information, confidentiality, and tools
Website materials provide general information and may not reflect every fact or current rule relevant to your situation. Do not rely on automated output as a substitute for individualized legal advice. Results depend on the circumstances; prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Provide accurate information and only the records reasonably needed for your request. Whether a communication is privileged depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms waives duties owed to a prospective or existing client.
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You authorize processing reasonably needed to evaluate or provide the requested services, operate the platform, and comply with applicable obligations. These terms do not grant a perpetual license for unrelated use of your case material or permission to train general-purpose AI models on confidential case information.
3. Fees and purchases
An initial review described as free does not itself create a paid subscription. Before a paid service is purchased, the applicable checkout or agreement must identify its price, scope, and relevant payment, cancellation, and refund terms. Do not assume a platform charge covers legal representation or every service.
These website terms do not establish automatic renewal, authorize an undisclosed recurring charge, or override mandatory refund or cancellation rights. A separately offered recurring service requires the disclosures and consent applicable to that transaction. Questions about a charge should identify the transaction without including full payment-card details.
4. Communications and SMS
If you choose to receive messages, they may concern your inquiry, appointment, account, intake, support, or legal services. Promotional messages requiring consent are subject to a separate choice; marketing consent is not required to purchase a service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS or HELP for help, or use the contact information below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Responsible use and accounts
Protect your login credentials and verification codes. Do not impersonate another person, submit content you lack authority to provide, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully.
We may limit access to address misuse, security, or legal obligations, subject to applicable law and any duties concerning client records or ongoing representation. Website availability may change; contact your legal team directly for urgent deadlines.
Local notary search
The local notary search provides third-party location information. Availability, credentials, fees, and suitability should be confirmed directly with the notary. Using a map or search result does not establish representation or endorse a particular provider.
6. Applicable rights and other agreements
Nothing in these website terms waives nonwaivable consumer, privacy, accessibility, or professional rights, limits liability where prohibited, or changes a lawyer's ethical duties. No mandatory arbitration, jury-trial waiver, or exclusive court venue is imposed by these website terms.
A separately signed engagement or professional agreement governs its subject matter, subject to applicable law. Updates to these website terms apply prospectively; material changes requiring notice or assent will be handled accordingly. Earlier signed agreements are not silently rewritten by this page.
